Terms and conditions
1.Appointments and Session Format
Sessions are offered by appointment only, either in person or online, depending on the agreed format. The duration of each session and the agreed fee are defined in advance.
2. Rescheduling Policy
Clients may reschedule an appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled session, subject to availability, without charge.
Requests made less than 24 hours before the session may not be accommodated.
3. Cancellation Policy
To allow adequate management of the schedule and ensure fairness, the following cancellation terms apply:

More than 72 hours before the session:
Cancellation is free of charge. -
Between 72 and 24 hours before the session:
A cancellation fee of 20% of the session fee applies. -
Less than 24 hours before the session or non-attendance:
The full session fee is due.
These fees are not a penalty but compensation for the reserved time, which cannot usually be reassigned at short notice.
4. Exceptions
Exceptions to the cancellation policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis in situations such as sudden illness, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances. Any exception remains at the therapist’s discretion.
5. Communication of Cancellations
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be communicated via one of the following channels:

The time of receipt of the message will be used to determine whether the cancellation falls within the applicable notice period.
6. Fees and Payment Methods
Session fees and any applicable cancellation fees are payable via:

Cash
Payment terms will be communicated prior to or at the beginning of the therapeutic relationship.
7. Attendance and Commitment
Repeated cancellations or missed sessions may lead to a discussion regarding the suitability of continuing therapy under the current conditions. In some cases, it may be necessary to review the therapeutic framework or consider referral options.
8. Ethical and Professional Framework
All counselling services are provided in accordance with the ethical and deontological standards of the psychology profession, including confidentiality, professional boundaries, and respect for the client’s autonomy.
9. Changes to These Terms
These terms and conditions may be updated when necessary. Clients will be informed of any significant changes, and continued engagement in counselling implies acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Agreement
By engaging in counselling services, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
