Dog walking

I offer one-to-one walks, with

  • tailored walk timing adjusted to your needs, your dog's age, physical condition and needs

  • flexible pick-up and drop-off place

  • notes after each walk, so you know what your dog experienced

  • your dog will receive attention and care, and can benefit from the following: â€‹â€‹

Make choice

Choose where to go, how long to sniff: choices are great way to build self-confidence, lower stress and enhance relationship between a human and a dog

Maintain loose leash walking

Loose leash walking reduces physical tensions caused by pulling

Mental and physical activity

Walks are important in maintaining both physical and mental activity and stimulation for your dog. Too much or too little of it will show on the wellbeing and thus behavior of your furry friend.

Meet with other dogs in a safe setting

I am trained to recognize dog body language, ensuring that social interactions happen only when your dog and the other dog are both comfortable and willing.

Walk calmly

walking slowly allows for observation, sniffing, and overall calmness. It also allows for deeper muscle activation, which helps with balance and stability.

Adapted equiment

I only walk dogs on H or Y shaped harness, and leash of at least 3 meters long. Such lenght of leash allows the dog to engage in sniffing activity, which plays a big role in the quality of the walk.

Take time to sniff!

Sniffing is one of the most important sense for dogs, and it promotes calmness.

Command-free, positive-reinforcement walks

Most walks can be quiet and pressure-free, allowing your dog to fully enjoy their time without constant instructions. When guidance is needed (for example, stopping before crossing the road or choosing a direction), cues are introduced gently and supported with positive reinforcement (such as clicker training), unless your dog already knows them.
